Need a cute water bottle? Get one!

It is important that you stay hydrated during the day, regardless if you are dieting   or following the WW program.  WW recommends that you drink 8 glasses of water a day.  For some this might be a challenge for others (like my fabulous mother) this is a no brainer.  The WW leader on Sundays had this awesome filtered water bottle that was cute and small.
