1. 4 lbs!!!!
This was fabulous news (any news of loosing weight is FABULOUS!) I am having such a great time eating right and working out. I even discovered a new work out that defiantly shakes up my usual work out routine (more of that to come:) After my weekly weigh in I bought myself a couple of goodies and headed to the pool. Our delightfully wonderful friends came over and we spent a relaxing day at the pool that was followed by a crazy fun time playing Just Dance 2!!! Have a great "Skinny" week!
